The event motto: "Think Twice When Doing Evil".


Event Objectives: to sensitize everyone about the importance of the value of the security, comfort and safety in shopping malls or other buildings.

Parties Involved:

• The Building Management of shopping malls such as Mall, Plaza, etc..
• 1 or 2 participants who pretend to act as perpetrators of crimes in the shopping center.
• Police (tentative).

Rationale:

Tujuan Acara: Menyadarkan setiap orang akan pentingnya nilai keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan di pusat perbelanjaan atau gedung lainnya.

Pihak Yang Terlibat :

• Pihak pengelola pusat perbelanjaan seperti: Mall, Plaza, dsb.
• 1 atau 2 orang peserta yang berpura-pura bertindak sebagai pelaku kejahatan di pusat perbelanjaan.
• Pihak kepolisian (tentative).

Dasar Pemikiran: Menggeliatnya pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan di Indonesia saat ini ternyata juga banyak dimanfaatkan orang-orang tertentu untuk melakukan tindakan yang melanggar hukum mulia dari pencurian hingga yang lebih parah adalah pembunuhan di pusat perbelanjaan yang notabene adalah ruang publik yang memiliki struktur pengelolaan dan seharusnya dijaga ketat oleh tenaga keamanan. Oleh karena itu, melalui acara reality show “Pikir Dua Kali” ini dibuat untuk menunjukkan kepad seluruh penontonnya khususnya bagi para pengunjung pusat perbelanjaan bahwasanya nilai keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan itu penting dan bagi acara ini nantinya diharapkan mampu menggugah kesiapan dan kesigapan pihak pengelola perbelanjaan untuk mengantisipasi tindakan kejahatan yang terjadi di gedung mereka.

Konsep Acara:

Persiapan

Sebelum acara dimulai pihak pengelola gedung pusat perbelanjaan terlebih dahulu di briefing atau diberikan pengarahan agar tidak terjadi miss komunikasi nantinya di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk peserta yang nantinya bertindak sebagai pelaku kejahatan sama sekali tidak diberitahu kondisi gedung apalagi mapping gedung agar acara lebih menarik dan mengeksplorasi cara berpikir para pelaku kejahatan untuk menghindari sergapan petugas. Selain itu penting diperhatikan juga untuk peserta agar menandatangani pernyataan bahwasanya tidak akan melakukan perbuatan yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri maupun orang lain seperti: nekat loncat dari lantai tertentu, dsb. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi tindakan diluar batas peserta, mengingat tidak semua pusat perbelanjaan dilengkapi dengan jaring pengaman maupun perlengkapan safety lainnya.

Acara

Peserta yang bertindak sebagai pelaku kejahatan (misalnya: sebagai pengutil atau mengambil barang dagangan orang) kemudian diketahui oleh pedagang/pengunjung/petugas keamanan gedung/kamera CCTV (dibuat variatif setiap episodenya agar tidak membosankan) kemudian pelaku kejahatan tersebut berusaha melarikan diri dan menghindari sergapan petugas dengan diikuti Kameraman agar setiap usaha yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kejahatan tersebut dapat terekam motif pelarian dirinya dan memberikan daya tarik bagi penonton nantinya. Misalnya: si pelaku dalam pelariannya menggunakan topi agar tidak ketahuan, dsb.

Pihak management gedung berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk berusaha menangkap pelaku kejahatan tersebut dengan saling berkoordinasi dengan jajarannya baik dengan menggunakan HT, CCTV maupun koordinasi lainnya.

Agar acara terkesan lebih menarik dapat melibatkan anjing pelacak jika Management disebuah gedung memang memiliki perangkat keamanan yang ekstra.

Target sukses atau tidaknya pelarian si pelaku kejahatan adalah apabila dia berhasil keluar dari gedung tanpa disergap oleh petugas.

Hadiah untuk peserta dapat berupa uang dan atau jenis hadiah lainnya. Sedangkan untuk pihak Building Management dapat diberikan piagam dan atau stiker Pikir 2X Verified Building.

Acara ini tidak mesti di pusat perbelanjaan tetapi dapat juga di gedung2 lainnya maupun apartemen dengan motif kejahatan yang dapat dibuat berbeda2 misalanya: penangkapan penghuni apartemen yang sedang mengkonsumsi narkoba, dsb.

Rationale:
For most people may hear the word it is definitely a direct ticket terbesit their minds is the negative stigma about the officers who conduct raids / tickets to motorists. Starting from making excuses for the ticket to bribery allegations that motorists would end up spending money in court or trying to bribe. Well, what if you got pulled over instead of spending money to pay the fine but rather your chance to get the money? Well ... you know ... the ... hell yes.

Concept of Event:

Preparation:

Dasar Pemikiran : Bagi sebagian besar rakyat mungkin mendengar kata tilang sudah pasti yang langsung terbesit dibenak mereka adalah stigma negative tentang aparat yang melakukan razia/tilang terhadap pengendara kendaraan bermotor. Mulai dari mencari-cari alasan untuk menilang hingga tuduhan suap-menyuap yang ujung-ujungnya pengendara pasti mengeluarkan uang di pengadilan maupun yang mencoba menyuap. Nah, bagaimana jadinya jika anda ditilang bukannya mengeluarkan uang untuk membayar dendanya melainkan justru anda berpeluang mendapatkan duit??? Nah… lho… masa iya sih….
Konsep Acara :
Persiapan
Sebelum acara dimulai crew dan aparat kepolisian terlebih dahulu di briefing atau diberikan pengarahan mengenai konsep acara agar tidak terjadi miss komunikasi nantinya di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk peserta diambil secara random dari kegiatan razia/tilang yang dilakukan oleh petugas.
Selain itu penting diperhatikan juga untuk peserta agar menandatangani pernyataan bahwasanya tidak akan melakukan perbuatan yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri maupun orang lain seperti: ngebut, melawan arus lalu lintas,dsb sebelum tes dilakukan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi tindakan diluar batas peserta.
Acara
Pihak kepolisian berpura2 sedang melakukan razia/tilang di lokasi tertentu. Agar acara lebih seru, maka sasaran dari acara ini adalah peserta yang tidak memiliki Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) maupun dokumen lainnya karena peserta yang tidak memiliki kelengkapan dokumen tersebut pasti ekspresi wajahnya mampu memberikan nilai jual tersendiri di layar kaca.
Setelah peserta tersebut diperiksa kelengkapan dokumennya, selanjutnya aparat kepolisian membangun komunikasi tentang kesalahan si peserta dan seolah-olah akan menerbitkan surat tilang hingga akhirnya si peserta terpojok dan mengakui kesalahannya. Setelah itu, petugas menegaskan akan menguji kemampuan si peserta akan wawasannya dalam berkendara. Nah, disini petugas memberikan beberapa tes kepada peserta yang terdiri dari tes teori dan tes praktek. Agar acara lebih menarik di episode tertentu dapat diselipkan tes yang dilakukan kepada peserta, misalnya peserta yang sedang dalam pengaruh alkohol,dsb. Tes tersebut seperti tes jalan lurus, berhitung, dsb.
Apabila peserta mampu menjalankan tes yang diberikan dengan baik dan benar maka peserta tersebut diberikan hadiah berupa uang dari sponsor sehingga peserta terkejut, “ditilang kok malah dapet duit…”.
