Rationale:
For most people may hear the word it is definitely a direct ticket terbesit their minds is the negative stigma about the officers who conduct raids / tickets to motorists. Starting from making excuses for the ticket to bribery allegations that motorists would end up spending money in court or trying to bribe. Well, what if you got pulled over instead of spending money to pay the fine but rather your chance to get the money? Well ... you know ... the ... hell yes.

Concept of Event:

Preparation:
Before the show starts crew and police officers at a briefing in advance or be briefed about the concept of the show not to miss communication will occur in the field. As for participants drawn randomly from the activities of raids / ticketed by officers.

Program:

Dasar Pemikiran : Bagi sebagian besar rakyat mungkin mendengar kata tilang sudah pasti yang langsung terbesit dibenak mereka adalah stigma negative tentang aparat yang melakukan razia/tilang terhadap pengendara kendaraan bermotor. Mulai dari mencari-cari alasan untuk menilang hingga tuduhan suap-menyuap yang ujung-ujungnya pengendara pasti mengeluarkan uang di pengadilan maupun yang mencoba menyuap. Nah, bagaimana jadinya jika anda ditilang bukannya mengeluarkan uang untuk membayar dendanya melainkan justru anda berpeluang mendapatkan duit??? Nah… lho… masa iya sih….
Konsep Acara :
Persiapan
Sebelum acara dimulai crew dan aparat kepolisian terlebih dahulu di briefing atau diberikan pengarahan mengenai konsep acara agar tidak terjadi miss komunikasi nantinya di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk peserta diambil secara random dari kegiatan razia/tilang yang dilakukan oleh petugas.
Selain itu penting diperhatikan juga untuk peserta agar menandatangani pernyataan bahwasanya tidak akan melakukan perbuatan yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri maupun orang lain seperti: ngebut, melawan arus lalu lintas,dsb sebelum tes dilakukan. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengantisipasi tindakan diluar batas peserta.
Acara
Pihak kepolisian berpura2 sedang melakukan razia/tilang di lokasi tertentu. Agar acara lebih seru, maka sasaran dari acara ini adalah peserta yang tidak memiliki Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) maupun dokumen lainnya karena peserta yang tidak memiliki kelengkapan dokumen tersebut pasti ekspresi wajahnya mampu memberikan nilai jual tersendiri di layar kaca.
Setelah peserta tersebut diperiksa kelengkapan dokumennya, selanjutnya aparat kepolisian membangun komunikasi tentang kesalahan si peserta dan seolah-olah akan menerbitkan surat tilang hingga akhirnya si peserta terpojok dan mengakui kesalahannya. Setelah itu, petugas menegaskan akan menguji kemampuan si peserta akan wawasannya dalam berkendara. Nah, disini petugas memberikan beberapa tes kepada peserta yang terdiri dari tes teori dan tes praktek. Agar acara lebih menarik di episode tertentu dapat diselipkan tes yang dilakukan kepada peserta, misalnya peserta yang sedang dalam pengaruh alkohol,dsb. Tes tersebut seperti tes jalan lurus, berhitung, dsb.
Apabila peserta mampu menjalankan tes yang diberikan dengan baik dan benar maka peserta tersebut diberikan hadiah berupa uang dari sponsor sehingga peserta terkejut, “ditilang kok malah dapet duit…”.
